Originally from Corpus Christi, Jared moved to the Houston area in 1992. After graduating from the Arts Institute, he began his culinary career at Smith & Wollensky where he worked his way up to Sous Chef. Leaving there he started his Executive Chef career at Opus Bistro at South Shore Harbour Resort for the next four years.
Jared is married to his beautiful wife with two young daughters who keep him busy with cheer and gymnastics.
